zagla saenz1Hands down THE WORST Title company I’ve ever worked with, in the 4 years I’ve had my license. Melissa was our coordinator, and also the worst at responding. Lender, listing agent and I could never get her on the phone and she is extremely unresponsive to emails, we had to ask multiple times for basic information and in the end she managed to Mix up all the documents causing us to go into a week passed closing and an extra 6 days to fund, after documents were signed. 6 Days to fund! I wouldn’t recommend this title company to ANYONE!

Erin Clarke1Made us wait in the lobby for an hour because they had no idea what was going on. The individuals in charge of setting up our appointment were not there and could not be reached. It took 2 hours to finally be seen. Later that night, I got a notification that they forgot 5 different documents. I had to scramble to get the forms together. Their incompetence became my emergency. Unprofessional, disorganized, amateurs.

Ronald Rojas1WORST closing experience I've ever had. If I could give them a 0 I would. It was so bad, I contemplated reporting them to the BAR Association or just somebody. I just settled on giving them an honest review. Not only was communication throughout the transaction HORRIBLE, but countless ERRORS, MISTAKES and TYPOS were made on so many documents throughout the entire transaction. It was unbelievable. For this reason I didn't trust a single document they produced causing me to triple check everything. My Clients were extremely frustrated and honestly just baffled with the lack of professionalism and attention to detail. Vylla Title kept dishing blame to different employees and departments within the firm, who were also "touching the file," for the mistakes made throughout the transaction. Really? The cherry on top is that its been 2 weeks since the closing happened, and Vylla Title still has yet to release the real estate agents commission checks. There response for the delay was "Treasury [department] was behind on stops. Sorry or blame it on me." There service was DREADFUL.

Jennifer Fletcher1Vylla Title and their escrow officer Kelli, specifically, are very rude and incompetent. The worst title company I’ve ever dealt with. A relatively easy cash closing has been the most difficult transaction I’ve had in years all due to their lack of communication and inability to follow simple directions. They sent out the buyer package with the wrong HUD then issued commission checks in the wrong name even though specific instructions were sent to the closer. I was then told a new check would take 10 days to reissue. I would avoid this company and Kelli at all costs. I hate I even have to give them 1 star

Erika Linam - Stutzman1If I could give zero stars I would. It's been 6 months since closed on our loan and this company still has not had our deed correctly recorded! Lie and very deceitful. Completely ignored that our property needed a survey done before closing and now can not be recorded for deed to transfer. We have been paying a mortgage for 6 months that legally is not ours! No one ever emails you back or calls back after numerous emails and phone calls. Horrible customer service. Had to find out the deed was noy recorded properly by complete mistake! Our county health department couldn't understand why we were paying septic for a BANK OWNED PROPERTY! Not even a call from them in 6 months saying hey we messed up!

Nancy Whetstone1Unprofessional & Unresponsive We purchased a property in December 2015 and found out several months later that there were both water & sewer and refuse collection liens. After a number of unreturned phone calls and emails, I finally talked to a supervisor. Instead of handling the problem, they blamed their title search vendor and said there was nothing they could do. I just can't believe how frustrating it was to deal with this company. In the end, I'm paying off the liens because I can't handle dealing with their vendor who is probably as uncompetent as Carrington.

Scott Lepore1Horrendous. My closer for the purchase was inexperienced and messed some things up. When I sold the house there was a title issue regarding an outstanding lien on the property. They did not catch the lien issue and upon closing there it was; a $2,500 lien from the city of Denver that I had to pay if I wanted to close. I had title insurance but Carrington kept refusing to pay the lien. They gave me the run-around and I was sent to 4 different departments. Finally they said they would cut a check but that was 2 weeks ago and they keep saying it is being cut but I don't have a check in hand.

Samantha1Horrible service!!! Been waiting a month for the commissioner's deed and title work for a house I'm buying. Don't use them. Update: We have finally closed on the house Jan 11th 2018, (after starting this process in October we had to file 3 extensions because of Carrington). It is January 30th and we are being told now, that we are going to have to reclose on the property ( that we have already moved into) because Carrington incorrectly filled out the paperwork and REFUSED to correct it. Working with this company has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had! I will never buy another house that is associated with this company. Also who ever Carrington hired to winterize the property didn't do their job properly we have had to replumb the entire house because all the pipes had frozen.

Michael Hillard (Mike H)1Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with, I had chase and then these bozos bought my mortgage. Their website seems specifically designed to not allow you to make your payment on time, I have had to reset my password EVERY single time I have to make a payment. They told me when they bought my mortgage (an FHA assumable mortgage) that they "did not have the process set up yet, and to check back next year". Every interaction is an exercise in frustration. If you are considering getting a mortgage and these people are an option, run, hide move, and avoid them at all costs.

Rustam Rustamov1I would like everyone to know that this was one of the the worst experiences I have ever had working with the title company and I have 5-6 transactions per month. I would not ever recommend Vylla Tittle to anyone for these several reasons: 1. Correspondent with the customers - zero 2. Customer service - zero 3. Providing documentation on time - zero 4. Reaching out over the phone - zero 5. Replying to emails - zero
