Horrible Horrible Horrible Title company!!! Tracey Fergueson is the worst title agent I have ever dealt with!! And she's supposed to be the manager. Worst communication on the planet!! We are all severely disappointed with our closing experience. I will NEVER deal with this company again.

We had an AWFUL closing experience. This was not my first time closing on a home - I thought I would experience professional communication. I instead received the opposite. Delay in closing information - had to request the wire information and closing statement multiple times before I received it. Unprofessional-ism in email communication. Disorganization and confusion when my mortgage broker had clearly communicated with them. When we got there, we had a sit-in closer who was also awful and could barely read or explain the papers we were signing.
