Amazing company staffed by amazing people! I am 110% satisfied with all the work these folks have done for my Scottsdale rental property. We've had some very significant challenges in keeping the tenants happy, and while these challenges aren't Capstone's fault, they've been handled expeditiously and with great diplomacy. My tenants are still happy! A special shout-out to Evan Kopulos as she's been our main contact and deserves 90% of this praise. Keep it up Evan, you rock!

Ed and Evan and the team are the best. My house was a rental with them for 8 years and just last month it sold. Ed walked me through everything with patience and knowledge of the market. He calmed my nerves when I was less than confident with the buyer's Title Company. Thanks to all.

If I could give no stars I would,this is specifically twords evlan she treated me as if I couldn't afford the property I was applying for I think that was very unprofessional of her I provided all my information and met all capstone's requirements just for them to say the owner wanted to see my account in good standing, Never has anyone asked to see that especially withy landlord saying Ive been a good tenant paying on time the past 2 years and I provided more than enough income with no negative on my background or credit.

We started off planning to manage our own rental properties but after some challenging experiences, we realized we needed a property management company. We found Capstone Realty Professionals, and they have been nothing short of amazing. They've managed our properties for 6 years now, and I doubt we would still be rental property owners without them. Evan has been very responsive and helpful any time issues have come up with the properties. Ed has sold our personal residence and one of our rental properties for us. Capstone took care of arranging everything that needed to be done to get our rental property ready to be put on the market. With both sales, we got full price offers that closed smoothly. It's clear that Ed and his team love what they do. Good property management companies are rare, and Capstone is the best.

I’ve been working with Capstone for five years and I can confidently say that they are the best property management company that I have ever worked with. I have several other property managers managing properties in other areas but Evan and Ed are the best! Evan in particular has worked very hard for me over the years and has exceeded my expectations in more ways than I can describe. The support staff is great too! Everyone’s communication is excellent and their actions demonstrate that they really care about their clients. They are always available by phone and return emails promptly. I can also confirm that they are proficient in all aspects of property management and have taken excellent care of my properties. They have always placed good tenants who pay on time, stay for a significant amount of time and take care of the place. Their customer service far exceeds the norm and your success makes them happy. I loved renting from Capstone Properties. My husband and I lived in the property for 4 years. Whenever a maintenance request was put in or we reached out with questions, they responded very quickly. The only reason why we moved out was because we relocated out of state. We recently found out we will be moving back to Phoenix in a few months. Although the place we rented will not be available, I would love to be able to rent from Capstone again if there is a property they have within our budget.

This company is fabulous and never disappoints! My husband and I have used Capstone for buying and selling properties as well as for property management. We couldn’t be happier. Ed, Evan and the full staff put their “smarts” and hearts into everything they do (including their community volunteerism). They always look out for us as their clients and are responsive, transparent, and ethical in every dealing we have had with them. I recommend them without reservation!

Capstone Realty Professionals unfortunately receive a 1 star from me. For many reasons. Mostly for charging us to replace carpet that was already old and worn before moving in. Told me there was severe dog stains, even though we had no pets in the home. Charged us for landscaping, even though we left it much better than received it. Charged us to paint walls when they would not provide us with the paint code do touch up as needed. During our time living there, we had several issues that went unattended to, provided cheap fixes, or took a fashionably long time to remedy. Charged us to replace the garage door, after it fell off the track at no negligence on our part. Would not renew our lease just long enough for our daughter to graduate high school. They took almost 2k from our deposit and forced us to move in a time such as today. I am very displeased with the outcome.
