Would Never Do Business with this Title Company, or their Realtors associates ever again. We did some work for this organization on a home, and since it didn't sale we didn't get paid. Very non dependable, shady individuals involved.

We have a ranch. It's a 144 acre plat, divided into (4) plots + homestead in the middle. This land has ties to the folks that founded San Antonio. I'll bet, self-proclaimed "legal forensics expert", Jack F. Fuini, Jr. doesn't know that yet. Well over two months after engaging with CTOT, assigned to this person, to be ignored via calls and email for 26 days, we looked elsewhere for reasonable consideration of this sale.
