I respect Patsy Pankey and Zena Dennison (escrow officers) their assistants awesome. I have had complicated files that I'm sure that other title companies would never had closed, to the point that I was surprised. This people will go above and beyond. From the moment you walk through the door, the receptionist will greet you and your clients and make everyone feel welcome. The office is very comfortable decorated like a showcase, very comfortable in all aspects. Moreover, is a combination of superb experience, proficiency and customer service on every level of the organization. When Capital Title moved from Atascocita to Kingwood the company brought into their staff the BEST escrow officers in the area to work with them.
