      Went to this branch on June 7th and on June 9th, previously making an appointment for both days, I must say that the staff was very attentive and very effective to resolve a problem with a domestic transfer. Good energy and patience, thumbs up !

      One of worst bank. Been force to come here because they decide to closed 2 other bank in north jersey. Every week comes here doing transaction. There is like 15 employee come in and out but one or 2 teller open and 30 people waiting online. Yes around 30 the line is around the corner. Don't believe it? Drive by and you will see the line

      Worst service, I called in many times nobody pick up the phone. Also, I make an appointment online to open a business account then some one called me saying they only do 2 customers per day.

      Yep please BELIVE the awful customer reviews. This has to be the worst bank location I’ve ever set foot in. I came in to make a simple deposit and sited over 40 minutes while only one person was ahead of me and there were 4 bank tellers working. It is very clear that the staff here needs major training as they were with each guest for over 30 minutes. One lady was downloading the app on a clients phone. Another teller was having a lovely conversation about a washing machine with another client and when it was my turn (finally) two tellers went on break. The manager clearly does not understand the value of customer service and it is very clear how the employees feel with the lack of urgency. I’ve been with capital one for over 10 years and I will never set foot in this location. I would rather travel a longer distance to another branch. Something needs to be done at this branch to retrain the entire staff. Uppers included.

      I'm more productive working with their ATM machines and online services than I am going in and receiving customer service. It is EXTREMELY unreasonable when they encourage us to utilize their virtual and ATM services but 90 % of machines cannot operate correctly because they are either out of cash or something else is wrong with them. THIS MUST GET ADDRESSED! Accessing funds after hours has become extremely inconvenient and damn near impossible.

      Bad customer service, Bank of America down the block does exactly the same. This is what happens when they have so many customers, they don't care about customer service until they start losing customers. ATMs need more maintenance, they seem to be always broken for cash deposits. Guess what happens to these comments, they DO NOT CARE! Contact your local agencies who deal with banks and the BBB. Let's see if that works.

      I can't believe it today I have a very bad day with the co-workers from the bank of capital oneI can't believe it today they have a security that he doesn't talk at all he doesn't speak with customers he doesn't show where to line up who was supposed to go which line to for the MTA on the other person who supposed to go to speak with a teller he was the worst security I ever see at all he was very rude and besides that I have to wait like at 1 hour to get callI don't understand why they have too many people but they don't give taking care service to the customers they just we're talking each other and doing nothing only one teller to taking care of the customer is not right at all ,the only good thing about the bank is nice and bright and clean but the customers service it's the worst I don't recommend to anyone because the staff are the worst I can believe they are giving service only on the Teller there was a couple seats where the can give service !! I understand because they covid-19 we have to distance 6 feet but they have a big space where they can put a few seats to give better service to customers! Bank of America on Wells Fargo give a better service more than capital one !!on the bank we should be a supervisor who can give a better service to all the customers today there was a old people getting frustrating waiting more than an hour to get service from one Taylor

      Worst service I have ever experienced at a bank. One hour wait to get a document. The tellers walk around every time they finish with a client while the line is long.

      terrible experience!! they don’t know what doing … need more expert in business account .. and the managers have inexperience . that’s sad but the pandemic made people more carefree.

      I made an appointment at 3:30pm. When I got there, they treated me like an major inconvenience. The woman kept looking at her watch, telling me they close at appointments at 4pm. Don’t make appointments with your clients and then make the client feel like they are an inconvenience for scheduling it. NOT PROFESSIONAL
