Predatory lending at its best! I have an over 700 credit score when I was invited to apply for auto refinancing through this company. I applied and after they learned I was a rideshare driver, they denied my application after a hard inquiry into my credit after they said there would be no impact. Low morals and low standards for a company to judge someone simply because of what they do. My credit and everything else was in place. I will never open a capital one message again

I had to give them 1 star because it does not let me write a review with 0 stars. I have been drug through the ringer with these people. I call every other day to get an update. I have had to help them every step of the way. Being told they would do something and someone would be calling the next day and I always have to call them for an update after every step in the process. The worst customer service I have ever had. Lack of training shows they just have warm bodies answering phones with no knowledge of what they are talking about. My truck was totaled in a accident and after 3 weeks of BS they got the very large check from the insurance company and then started the gap insurance for the remaining 1100.00 so to speed up the process I paid the 1100.00 by debit and should have received the letter stating the account was paid in full so I can move on with my life and get a new truck how ever they continue to move me around from person to person one knowing less then the other and getting nowhere. Simple fact is they took my money from my bank I have the proof but still cant get them to give me my letter.

I am trying to get the COVID relief details for a late fee and I had the most horrible customer with Jovany…. He should get fired ASAP. He won’t understand my question and he let the phone run without giving me answer I try to call and of course it’s him on the other line hanging up my phone call. Are you running a Bussiness or a kids play

Well from me paying when they were allowing people to skip payments and now that I need the help they won't give it, I mean how is one faulted when they paid when thousands 9f others didn't! Anyhow to cant talk to an American cant understand the representative, ask for better English person she transfered me to SPANISH! Hung up called back another Indian! Request again for a better clearer English speaking person with a native accent! (I have compression issues and cant understand with the heavy accents!) She transferred me to a special team because I insisted on speaking to an American and this person cant actually do a single thing 9n your account who had to transfer me again and by this time after an hour on the phone I get a a auto message the department is now closed after waiting and struggling for the Indians to connect the the right person in the right department! Not the first time either! These Indians are treating us Americans poorly in the customer service departments and the companies are doing nothing about it! Probably because their cheap labor! But with what we pay in interest they can definitely afford better service to their customers! Poor business! Which seems mainstream these days!

I’ve honestly always have a great experience with every representative. Today however, was the best experience. Jordan, ID: JTH, honestly helped me create a game plan to get back on track, was very patient with me, helped me see the silver lining and helped me not cry since I thought I was in a super poor position. So, I just wanted to share since I’ve been with them for over 2 years now and haven’t had a bad experience yet!

I am so disappointed in capital one , These are tough times and although they have worked with ne in the past They chose not to work with me in regards to an extension . With the city of Chicago go back on lock down my work as slowed again . CAPITAL ONE Being a institute with accounts all over the country should have some compassion towards there customers ......So now I have to chose feed my self or pay Capital one ...

followed all the prompt, when automated system transferred me, it transferred me to a busy signal. Not a good experience. Starting over, ugh.
