Todd and his team are knowledgeable and extremely efficient; which made for a swift closing with no issues. Todd will provide ongoing support (post-closing) if any problems arise, but I can't imagine there will be any given how thorough they are. I couldn't recommend this company enough!

We purchased land back in November 2016. I had a question about whether I could leave a name off a deed. All the sudden, they were accusing me of backing out of the deal and screwing the seller. I had never said I was backing out of the deal. In fact, I was a cash buyer. I paid the full amount in cash! They really stressed me out and put words to my email that were never said. I should have asked the real estate agent to close with another title company. Rude and unpleasant.

This was the rudest, meanest customer service experience of my life ! 53 years old and I met the most horrifying people ever ! uncooperative in every way, disingenuous, disrespectful, and down right mean. They seemed to treat everyone that way. I will NEVER do business with this company again and will be sure to let people know how horrifying they are as a business.

Have definitely changed their staff for the better! Had three closings with this company and now have a great crew that keeps you posted throughout. VERY customer oriented. Highly recommend!
