DONT use this company....... they are Crooks.....They are worse then Then Rent a center Co and about just as bad or comparable to a payday loan.... probably worse.......to be continued.....----------stars They don't return calls and lie to their paying customers.... their customer service is the bottom of a trash can... don't believe a word... when they say they will call you back to discuss a dispute, they are lying, they only call when it's in their favor or to harass their customers, their response to a dispute is " Sorry if you were told wrong info, but that's what you owe" I suggest if you've already been trapped in this disgraceful company to KEEP TRACK OF EVERYTHING....if you've been smart enough to decline their business, Good for you, spread the word to close these Crooks down.

Professionally, and from a customer service standpoint? By far, the worst I've ever encountered in life. I'm surprised they even have as many customers as they do but, I definitely foresee that decreasing in the near future. (Negative Stars)

If i could give this company a -0 i would i get conformation that my auto payment was successful then they call me a week later to tell me my payment didnt go through i have an invalid account number so i asked them how did you take the payment out last month cause my account hasnt changed i got a bunch of i dont knows an u need to reset up your account an im charging you a late fee an inconvenience fee excuse me are you serious im inconveniencing you cause im paying you if anybody has any tips on how to refinance my car im open to anything but this place they need to go out of business horrible company

this company....smdh.....the only way id EVER RECOMMEND THEM...is if you were dying, going to jail soon, or NEVER planning on making any form of payment to them...if look could kill... C&F Finance would NEVER exist.....end of story

I have to say my faith has been restored with C&F Finance, earlier today I called and had a bad experience or what I thought was a bad experience maybe I was in my feelings when I placed the call this morning and didn't get the result/answer I wanted shortly after the call I wrote an ugly statement about C&F finance well I'm here now to say I appreciate the president of C&F finance Dusty Crown personally calling me to see what happened I really really appreciate that and for that I will continue business with C&F finance thank you very much Mr. Dusty Crown.

These people start harassing you about a car payment the day after your due date!! I just put their number on my block list because they will blow you up. Smdh!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, always harassing you by calling if your 1 day late. WORST CAR LOAN EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! ALL THE AGENTS have BAD ATTITUDES AND NOT HELPFUL.
