      Not fond. Use them since sister died, her accounts were there. They were not helpful before her death to explain process that happens after death to help us make better decisions nor were the helpful after her death to process the accounts and debit card my sister had with them. Charged the estate fees on debt/credit card posting when the froze the accounts..

      Worst customer service I’ve ever received, and staff is very racist. How do you treat your local business owner like trash? I will be closing all my account out .

      It's Saturday and your atm has no money nor did it have money on Friday night and then you charge 3 dollar fee when we have to use a non bmo atm that's bad buisness
