      Charged me after loan was payed. Cancelled the refund check without consent, causing additional paperwork to get replacement check, which wasn't explained until I questioned it. After well over a month I'm finally getting the refund, but am having to wait an hour for the check to be made. Second star is due to friendly staff.

      Never have I ever had such poor service. Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had had. My information compromised on my account and nothing was done or offered just oops well it happens thanks for nothing BMO I won't be back.
