Worse customer service. If I could give them a 0 I would. Profiled me over the phone instead of asking to verify my account with the account number or my birthday or the last four of my social the chic said I have to verify by having myself call in. I have a cold and she assumed I was not who I said I was and even laughed at me when I said I am me. This bank should teach their employees not to gender profile over the phone!!!

Agree with Eddy. It feels like you're in a small general store in some tiny town (population less than 47) in eastern Oregon, that is packed to the gills with odds and ends, it's tiny, and dusty, you know the places. The one with a rickety old card reader from 1987. With the swipe and the grimy telephone cable sticking out of it from years of neglect, that has to dial up a phone number while you wait for it to connect, transmit the data, and then another minute to get the approval code. Except sometimes it doesn't, and then they say, "sorry, it does that sometimes, do you have cash?" or even worse. "we have that 'atm' in the corner there if you don't have cash to pay', the diminutive one. (you know it) And you and the store owner both know it charges you a minium of $5 to withdraw a 20? and also hits you with a $3 service fee from your bank? Yep, we've all been there. Well, that's what this place is like, except you're in a huge dark empty lobby that screams, "I am the place where things with no personality come to die." Tellers with the warmth and charm of a dead fish. The ones that have to force their lip muscles to form a shape of a barely perceptible withered smile, if you instinctively smile at them when walking up to the counter to start your transaction? They are nice actually(true), but they look at you like you're an outsider whose car just broke down in a tiny town (population 5) all giving you the eye from the porch, as you walk up to the entrance of the general store, while you ask if there is a repairman in town? Like in all those movies that have that story arc built into the plot? Oh, and, yes, let's not forget that rickety, old, slow, card reader with the ancient dusty telephone cable sticking out. Access guess what? That's the machine that your entire banking transaction relies upon. You hold your breath until the transaction goes through, while mumbling to yourself, "please don't say I have to use that 'atm' machine in the corner." Oh yes, they do use a 1987 computer terminal for something, because they type into it. The 1987 beige one with the tiny green lettered monitor and the matching 1987 metal keyboard? But the beige has yellowed because of 30 years of oxidation? That's the place. BTW, don't expect to do any involved banking transactions. They literally don't have a way to handle transactions more complex that that little card reader can handle. However, the tellers seem to be nice deep down inside somewhere, but just beware, you're the stranger that just arrived in town. Just don't stay the night if the mechanic can't get the part to fix your car until the morning. You know how the plots go in those movies, the main characters accidentally stumble upon the town secret that night and then..... Anyways , if you've made it this far, this is my opinion, mileage may vary.

called to try and resolve a problem and the lady constantly interrupted and talked over me instead of taking listening and being helpful. Closing account now.

Friendly, intelligent tellers at a small town bank.
