Sean1I called blue Federal Credit Union yesterday, I generally speak with the lady by the name of Kelly who has been a great help through some difficult times. Can't seem to reach her any longer. Got a phone call got a message called back spoke wh somebody yesterday. Spoke with somebody else I needed to make at least a partial payment. Blue Federal Credit Union's really help me out and waving the $10 fee to make a payment over the phone because I can't seem to make it online. It won't let me. So he transfers me to another lady. She was able to take the payment but my discussion with the first person I can give you all $325. My second discussion with the second lady that could waive the $10 fee I told her $325 well they ran my credit card for $380 not $325. I didn't tell him $380 because I didn't have $380 in my bank account to give them. This is just ridiculous and then I speak with another lady this morning and told her the phone calls are recorded you better listen to my phone call why she took $380 yesterday I have no idea I authorize 325 not 380 because it didn't have 380 to give blue Federal Credit Union rotten Bank....

Josh Ziemann5I recently was a victim of fraud where money was taken out of my account. The same group also tried to take money from my savings, however it was blocked by Blue. I went into the branch to report the issue, and I was greeted by NIck. Nick was awesome and exemplified customer service. Nick was able to resolve my issue in a timely manner leaving me more than satisfied with Nick and Blue FCU's problem handling. I have been a member for 25 years, and because of their customer service I will remain a member! Thanks Nick!

Tom Lee1I don't like to admit that I make mistakes but walking into this Bank to try to open an account without reading the reviews was a mistake all the bad things that you read on The reviews are true these people are arrogant presumptuous and have no regard for the people of Cheyenne they are definitely in it for what they can get from you not for what they can do for the people of Cheyenne it's a sad thing that they open their headquarters in Cheyenne and comment to their response I feel it was very patronizing if you think the people of Cheyenne are going to be pushed aside with a common response and that'll be the end of that I think you'll find the people of Cheyenne or a little bit different than that you have to work to gain people's trust here but you can be easily discredited

William Nolan5This review isn't about this specific location, but about blue in general. Blue is absolutely awesome. I had a refund issues with my banking account. They put two "insufficient funds" fees on my savings account. though I had all of my money in my checking at the time. I called into their awesome staff who took my appeal and sent it into blue. This happened yesterday, as today when I woke up I was refunded the fees put onto my account. It was quick, easy, and they are the kindest staff I know. Thanks guys!

Amanda Courtney1This credit union sucks!!!! Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. My husband and I were members for 14 years and ever since the name was changed from Warren to Blue Federal Credit Union we've had nothing but problems with them. We would make our monthly loan payment every month on the 5th like clock work. All of the sudden my husband and I would start getting calls stating we did not make our payment, we would tell them yes we did and take the receipt down showing we made the payment, but yet they had no record of it. How is that we have a receipt with our name on it, loan amount, account number, and how much we paid but have no record of making our payment? After six months of this we changed to a different credit union, and transferred the loan. Our new credit union cut Blue Federal Credit Union a check for the amount that was still owed on the loan, the check was stamped and cashed. We now have a letter from a collection agency stating we owe Blue the exact amount that the check was cashed for. We are beyond frustrated with this whole situation.

Mac Shields1Opened an account there 5 days ago. I’m going in to close it ASAP. Severely disappointed with this place. I emailed the guy Nathan who opened my account to ask some questions and haven’t gotten any response. The app is also an absolute joke. Like seriously?? Can’t wait to walk away from this place forever. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND AVOIDING THIS PLACE. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment.

Jon Doe1Been a happy member for over 30 years and have usually enjoyed pretty good service. Called the 800 line to find out balance on my Visa and I gave them my account number, last 4 of Social Security number, my birth date and then they told me I'd have to go in to a local branch because they didn't have my current phone associated with the account. What a pain in the @SS!

Devin Susmark1I would not recommend this institution for banking regardless of rates. First, the online user interface is terrible, as in the worst I’ve ever seen. Next, Blue will bombard you with junk mail and various other uninvited solicitation. My customer service experience was moderate at best. I purposefully paid my loan off so I wouldn’t have to deal with Blue anymore and 7 months later I am still being bothered. Don’t take my word for it, Blue doesn’t have a single branch with a review over 3 stars.

Connor Gill1Do not go to this bank or even see Ashlie Consterdine. She will change your appointment times and cause you to miss the appointment you set up. I set a time that I needed to go for my schedule and it was changed without my permission or knowledge to a date and time that was in the past and would not let me reschedule. Very unprofessional institute.
