ninja ninja5Excellent bank! I've dealt with Ed Houlihan in regards to loans. He is very knowledgeable, informative, helpful with A+ customer service! Never had an issue with other branch bankers either. Top notch Personal service which is a rarity nowadays.

Ms. Nikki1i wish there were a 0 star .. i have grown to hate this company with a passion .. i first thought this big name company would provide an exceptional banking experience .. but noooooo they are a group of rude, nasty, irresponsible, unprofessional , incompetent individuals... i wouldn't refer my dog to do business with this company.. find another back i promise .. this company makes up rules throughout the day to benefit them .. im feed up .. i will be finding me a new bank .. i have put up with their mess long enough .. your bank should back you up and fight to protect you .. this bank act like they getting a cut.. im over them .... the one thing thing they did get right .. their name .. wintrust .. because you would have to win their trust in order for them to properly assist ... when trust isn't a reward it's earned .. like my money that i work hard for... i have lost respect for this company and anyone involved..

Deedee Ceecee2I have been with this bank for over 10 years, overall I have had a good experience with them until recently. I ordered a new debit card and waited two weeks for it to arrive, it never came. I called the bank to see why and was told it was sent to an old address which didn’t make sense at all because I switched my address and the bank had been sending me correspondence to my new address. I then asked for another card to be mailed to me but expedited since this situation is not my fault. After 20 mins on hold I was told it would be expedited but it will take an ENTIRE WEEK and it would be a lot quicker if I just come in and picked the card up. I explained to the teller the reason for not being able to pick it up and that it defeats the purpose of waiting TWO WEEKS initially. If they really wanted to resolve the issue it would have been expedited to overnight or at least two days. A week is standard time which lets me know they are lying and never planned to expedite the card even though it was their mistake. It’s so upsetting and inconsiderate of the customer.

Peggy Curtin1TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. MARGARITA told me the accout was closed - not accurate. I received a phone call from customer service rep Sean who could not help me resolve the bank snafu. I am awaiting a phone call from Khalid because he is assigned to my account and is the only one who can help me. RIDICULOUS. Why can't customer service agents resolve issues with customer accounts????

Steven Spreitzer1Absolutely the worse bank I have ever dealt with. The only reason I use them is because I’ can not drive and they are the nearest bank. There new rule is if you deposit a check over $500, is a 10 day hold before you get the funds.

LaShanda Simmons5Our family has banked with Beverly Trust and Company since it was Evergreen Banking located in the historical Evergreen Plaza. I have never had an issue that was not addressed in a timely manner. I read some of the other reviews and that is horrible you had to experienced that. The questions they ask when making a large withdrawal is mandated by the Federal Government. I know this because it happened to me. The lines can get long due to they have a lot of elderly and business clients from what I see when I am there.

Mr.Ben Schlitz1Long waits, staff is consistently rude. The way they deal with business account holders is obsurd. I can honestly say I'm there once or twice a week and and they treat you like you're first time customer who is wasting their time. I can't wait to find time in my busy schedule to pull my money out of this bank. I also hate to review like this, but when you call their branch the response is the same.

WaxFree Ointment1I agree with @Theinsomniac826. Beverly Bank & Trust is a shell of what it once was. I've been banking with them for my entire life, I loved the personalized customer experience/first name basis. Now, it's a very racist and sexist establishment. The personal bankers are very cliquey, inexperienced, extremely lazy, and talked down to me. Do not do business with Beverly Bank & Trust. My most recent experience; I went to see a personal banker, I signed in, and a group of 4 personal bankers saw the sign-in sheet, and continued walked out to go to lunch. I waited more than 30 minutes and 30 minutes of no interaction, I was so angry I walked out. I returned later in the afternoon and my banking concerns were answered in mere minutes! I later went to the teller to deposit money, I wanted to have a teller that was experienced so I requested the one lady that I know for a fact that is competent. The young teller said, "Sorry she is closing out, I can take care of you instead I am closing out too." I made a simple transcription error on my deposit slip and the teller told me that it was easier to not make the correction and simply not deposit the extra money that I inadvertently forgot to mark down. My bad experience is not an isolated incident, I've experienced poor performance before but not like this. I have several accounts that are tied to my bank account (direct deposit/paypal/etc...). I will be closing out my account as soon as all accounts are switched over to a better bank. I will be bringing a male relative who is experienced in the financial sector to ensure no mistakes are made for when I close out my account at Beverly Bank & Trust. I DO NOT TRUST that the personnel at Beverly Bank & Trust to be competent.

R.J. M1All the calls are sent to voicemail, and it takes hours for them to return phone calls. On top of all this they pass you around from banker to banker, and absolutely no one knows how to help you, completely dissatisfied with the services from this banking location. Definitely closing account and moving on. Would never recommend to anyone!
