Better Title Loans by Auto Equity Loans Marsh Rd, Wilmington

After sending payments of our loan, paying it off within 3 months of negotiating it, they sat on cashing the final check (proved by certified mail that it was delivered within 2 business days) for over 3 weeks. Adding interest to the loan for every day it was "over-due". We've been waiting on a call from management for another 2 weeks, with their associates calling us daily saying the rate is going up for every day of non-payment. Avoid paying off your loan immediately. This is how they earn money back on it, through the accrued interest. They will "lose" your payment and management is non existent in an issue. Take my advice and think of another route to get a loan in a pinch. Auto Equity Loans will attempt to bleed you dry.

My experience with auto equity loan was the best! I came from pa which is about 4 hours away and when i arrived in Delaware there was accident I was about an hour late and met with Sandra who stayed past her shift was thorough, professional and very kind! I recommended auto equity loans in Delaware to everyone! There great and only problem is I wish they could open office here! Thanks Sandra and Brian for giving people in PA the option to get a auto equity loan!It was worth the drive 😁!

Arrived Early for the appointment and they took me right away. Paperwork was simple and easy to follow. Employees were extremely friendly and fun to work with. All instruction for the loan process was easy to follow and understand. This was an excellent experience!

Jessica Sullivan was very helpful. She made you feel comfortable and explained everything in "Plain English". No big fancy words.... She answered all my questions. I was in and out that office in less than 30 minutes with my check in my hand. The local bank is just steps away and will cash your check for only $10.00 (if you don't have an account). That was great because I was in need of cash fast. I would suggest this place to anyone in need of emergency cash.

Second time customer. First go around was uneventful and I paid off my loan early. This time around I tried to pay off my loan via debit card, and was told I couldn't because you are not allowed to pay more than $1000 of my loan with my debit card within 30 days. The alternative was to pay via cash or money order/certified check. Only problem is that I don't live in Delaware - so in the time it takes me to get my loan payment to the office I'm going to accrue more interest. In summary; I'm getting charged more interest because they won't allow me to make a payment.

My wife and I have gone to Delaware Title Loans before for a loan. They are such ripoffs. Through reading reviews of them my wife found that a few people recommended to go to Auto Equity Loans on Marsh Rd. We needed some extra cash and decided to give them a try. My wife called them first and they gave us the loan information before we even got there, so we already knew what our payments would be. Let me tell you, if you are looking to get a title loan you need to go to Auto Equity Loans. Their percentage rate is 121.66 compared to 300 that Delaware Title loans charges you. They are so friendly and helpful. You don't sit there and wait forever. We definitely recommend Auto Equity Loans!!! They are the best!!! We couldn't be more satisfied.

This place is the worst I've ever dealt with. Paperwork wasn't explained correctly. Everytime you call you get different explanations, rules and policies. They also want you to make 2 payments in one month in certain months. The manager Sarah is very rude and disrespectful. This company has a lot of hidden agendas. All they really want to do is be nice to you so u can sign your paperwork then place all kinds of extra fees on and harass you if your a day late even if you speak with them. Horrible horrible customer service. They need to be reported to the better business bureau...

Was a customer for several years and refinanced several times and never had a problem until I missed a payment. They called and I explained how my business had a slow month and itd be a couple weeks begore I could pay. They told me thered be an extra finance charge which I had no problem with. Even though we had this conversation they still called everyday. If I didn't answer theyd call all my references. Several times I had the same exact conversation with 3 different people and still they kept calling my references and me everyday until they finally towed me after two weeks. Called them up when I got the money and they told me I had a week to pay the whole loan or they would auction it. Then they auctioned for cheaper than the loan and sent a letter telling me to pay the balance. Don't go here. They just want your vehicle and if you miss a payment they're not going to care about helping you. Customer for over two years and they treat me like some deadbeat when I miss one payment and give me no chance of getting my vehicle back.

They know how to make any situation work. I had to talk to change my payments and they heleped me setup something that actually worked. :) (some people left reviews here that couldn't pay but didn't try working with Auto Equity Loans, they WILL HELP YOU!!!)

Customer service was extremely rude, both phone and in store employees. I was told to be in NO LATER than 6:45, seeing as though i live in Harrisburg PA and their in DE. The employees were aware that i was coming because i spoke with someone 3Times during the 2hr drive there and everytime i spoke with someone the assured be that everything would get finished today and that i would be receiving my check today. I get there at 6;39 and when i walk in the lady tells me that even though the store closes at 7 she stopped doing anything at 6;30 because she had something to do. So i called customer service to see if anything could be done, the same person i had been speaking with, and her response was "Oh i didnt know she had something to do so you have to come back tomorrow "
