I went there after work to cash my check and was told that if I didn’t live in the area the check could not be cashed. However there was a Caucasian guy ahead of me whom just had cashed his check. I have never heard of anything like that at a currency exchange EVER.

My friend went to a different currency to try and cash a money order. They tried calling to get it verified but this currency NEVER answered the phone so he decided to come here and cash it. When he handed them the money order right away they said NO because it wasn’t signed in front of them. He told them to call the original currency to confirm he signed it there and the teller said no that’s not my job and denied to cash it. That’s one of THEIR money orders and they should of cashed it there!!! He had to go back to the other currency so they can call and verify it. It was such a big inconvenience for him to go back and fourth when it’s their money order!! The teller Ana is the worst. She says she’s a manager but she isn’t. She doesn’t know what she’s doing. Also their attitude is horrible. They need to hire better tellers!!!

I feel like I was being discriminated against because of the car I drive the lady tried to make me jump through hoops just to get a sticker. So I left and went down the street to a nearby currency exchange gave them my license plate number and I was in and out in 5 minutes. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS.

Overweight bald headed older black woman who served me was extremely unprofessional and does not know how to do her job. I came in for a title transfer and she had no idea what to do so she told me I had to go to the DMV. Meanwhile I went to another Currency Exchange and they handled my request with no problem. Lazy no good workers at this location who does not want to do their job. Stay farrr awwwaayy!

I regret making transaction in this place, the machine/teller said transaction declined twice but the money was taking out of my account. I was really frustrated, my money was held for two days before refunded. The pressure they made me go through was was unbearable,once beating twice shy.

Will not return, ever. After doing business here for many years, I wont be returning due to the very rude employee, who claimed her name is Carmen. When I stated I would be contacting the supervisor, she replied that her supervisor wouldn't care. I will inform other locals of my experience so they wont be disrespected as well. Im looking forward to speaking with who ever hired this miserable employee.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. The whole point of a currency exchange is for after hours of a bank. Huge waste of time I will NEVER be back. I have cashed checks before at a number of currency exchanges no issues. If I want to be turned away because it's after business hours at my job I could've sat at the bank drive thru. The staff also looks like they're inmates at a jail. What a joke. If you don't like your job and too lazy to do it. Get another JOB! Lazy disrespectful staff. After reading the reviews. Apparently anything that requires them doing their JOB is an issue!

Worst customer service ever. Not even a "hello, how are you, thank you"... Most of the employees don't even talk. You tell them what you need, they take your money and that's it. And the cleaning guy: talking to himself, swearing at his imaginary friends... I can't even go in there with my kids.. That whole store needs a revamp.

We went in for a title transfer. No one wanted to help. The one girl that did gave my husband and I an attitude for the work she had to do. She clearly didn't want to do it. And repeatedly kept saying we were better off somewhere else. Horrible service. Very disappointed and she looked like she was torn apart for doing it. Never again going back.

Terrible customer service. I was helped by the woman with her eyebrows tattooed on and she wouldn’t let me pick up a Western Union transfer because the sender included my full middle name and my license only has my initial. Really? You would think that I f I’m able to confirm my full middle name and my license just has the initial that would serve as EXTRA protection against fraud. Not to them! Then she gave me a hard time for cashing a money order I bought but ended up not needing, the whole thing was ridiculous. Picked up my Western Union transfer from Rolling Meadows Currency Exchange the next day with no problems. This location is bad news- STAY AWAY.
