      The customer service at this brance is unprofessional, rude and employees do not communicate with each other. Logan said one thing and Diana said something different, Jessica Gonzalez doesnt listen to her customers and only backs up her employees. Thinking about changes banks because of this unprofessionalism, this isnt the first time dealing with issues at this brance.

      I come here monthly to pay my car payment as I like having the actual receipt of the payment as compared to online. I never really have an issue other than large lines and waiting times here and there. Today I was very disappointed. At 2:20 pm I arrived, not knowing they close at 2. The doors were unlocked and there many bankers and guests still in the lobby so it seemed welcoming. I was only 2 steps in the door and the lady at the stand instantly said "sorry we are closed, can I help you with something?" I replied with the doors aren't locked and her response was that they don't have control of that. Either way, don't Sky if you can help me with something if you really cant. Although she was polite about it, the way it was handled was fair.

      I thought going to this location would save me time. The staff was friendly enough. But I think they all were fired from the DMV for working too slowly. C'mon, I have stuff to do. I can't wait all day for your coffee to kick in!

      Their ATM took my card and didn't give it back. It just said "ask Bellco member for assistance". The doors were locked, but the closing staff were inside. I waved my arms at them through the window and the guy mockingly waved back and gestured at me to go away. His lips were moving at me, but I couldn't hear what he was saying. He couldn't even be bothered to come out and hear what I had to say. So now I had to cancel my card since I no longer have it. I also don't have the cash I needed to width drawl. I'm canceling my account since I can't trust them to get my money out when I need it.

      Says they close at 1 but they lock the doors waaaaay before that. I got here at 12:59 and they wouldn’t let me in. Lazy employees if you ask me.

      Absolute worst experience refinancing my car. They had the loan previously, and did all the paperwork to refinance it - with themselves. They didn’t transfer the title over properly, and threatened to take my car. Now they want additional paperwork- that they have - and have threatened to take my car again. I’ve never missed a payment or been late. Terrrible. They don’t deserve the one star I had to leave to write this review.

      There 6pm close is a lie. I had an emergency I needed cash I got there at 5:58 and the door was locked all they would say was closed sorry with there lips. If the sign says 6 its 6!! Not 550 or 5:55. Closing my accounts. 3 different ladies all just saying closed.

      Extremely difficult to deal with... no return call or follow ups when there's issues on their end. Communication is terrible. I've have bellco for over 5 years now with 3 different vehicles and this is the first time I had to deal with them face to face and I have to say I'm completely unsatisfied. Will not ever finance another vehicle with them again. Unbelievable...

      About 2 years ago, my daughter and I wanted to open an account at the Aurora City Place, Bellco. We were discouraged from opening the account by the financial specialist. We did go somewhere else and were treated well and continue to be with that Credit Union. My husband and I attempted to open an account at Bellco. Our attorney met us there and we met with the financial specialist. It happened to be the same one that refused my daughter and I 2 years prior. I didn't think too much about it until he started the run around again.....same as 2 years ago. Our attorney actually said that it appeared that he didn't want members very badly nor did he want the substantial amount of money that was to be deposited into an account. We were assured that he did, but just repeated himself again. Needless to say again we went someplace else. They were kind, not condescending, and we had no problem with the deposit.
