Do not go to them for special plates, they will steal your money. I've been waiting nearly 2 years for one plate and a year or so for another. They just give me the run around and say "we're working on it." I want my money back but I know that will never happen. I am getting the state involved though Crooks.

Very awful experience, at the cranberry location which is owned by the same owner(Tim Rogers).I tried getting in contact with the owner for 2 months over a car title issue that was their fault and NEVER received a call back at all! I was treated very rudely by the careless staff especially the gentleman, Caleb. He preceded to cuss me out over the phone for no reason because he did not want to admit to his fault. I buy and sell vehicles quite frequently and will never ever use their service again or beaver county tax and title because of their careless owner who can't return a phone call of a customer who they did wrong! Beware, you're better off going out of your way than to use their service for anything.

I utilized BC Tag & Title for the sale of my vehicle. The location is convenient. They were every organized and gave us 100% of their attention for the transaction. I appreciated the fact that the process was as painless as could be. I have also been able to stop in and ask questions if needed and they are eager to help.

The staff was very nice. I needed to send insurance info to penndot. I thought all was taken care of until penndot informed me that they hadn't received anything. As nice as the staff was, I have had to go through so much and even tickets because of this. You took my money and didn't provide the service. Then when I asked for confirmation or a printout out of a receipt, I was told it just said my name and phone number, no information. This is not a good way to do business and I won't be coming there again. It only cost me ten dollars but my fines are much larger. Thanks.

Purchased a vehicle from a girl that lives near me. The counter help was extremely negative and questioning of her. We cancelled the transaction with them and walked out. I'll NEVER GO THERE AGAIN.

Very nice and helpful employees. They really know their stuff and make the process as positive as possible.

The staff was helpful, polite and very friendly. The place is alot bigger than you would think for being in a mini mall, enough seating so noones standing. Very clean place.

Fast and easy service. Good people to work with. It is a one stop shop for all your tag and title needs. Plus they are conveniently right next to the DMV.
