My Banner Bank experience has been nothing but terrible. Every single transaction I ever completed with this Bank needed to be redone. Trying to get tax statements from this bank has so far been impossible. There is a very good reason why I have closed all of my accounts with Banner Bank in will no longer use them

They were so kind in preparing the paperwork for me to pick up my new debit card at the drive through window after work! BUT When I pulled up I told them my name. They said "great!" And passed me a paper with my date off birth, social security number, banking information, home address, and phone number on it. They asked me to sign the bottom. Then they handed me a brand new shiny debit card. Here is the kicker: THEY NEVER VERIFIED MY IDENTIFICATION. EVER. I then brought it up and asked the ladies to check my ID. One of them said "I looked at your picture on file." IF I ever took a picture with banner bank, it was years ago. Even my drivers license has changed since my last account opened. I am horrified.

I have been banking with this branch for several years for both our business and personal needs. I have had nothing but outstanding service from everyone that works there. Michelle, the branch manager, is the best, she is always willing to help resolve any issues that I have and makes banking from out of town easy to do. They treat you like a person instead of just an account!

I have been a customer for the past 18 years and can not say enough about everyone who works there. I recently had a breech with one of my accounts and Michelle called me to make sure that I was immediately aware of the problem and then Tammi called and let me know what needed to happen to protect my accounts. I was actually on a birthday hike when I was called and they took the time with my permission to transfer money and address the issue so I could enjoy my birthday. Tammi then took the time to send me a detailed email so I had the information I needed to call social security and change my direct deposit as well as linking my debt card to my other account. The customer service is really outstanding . I recently moved to Missouri but have keep my account there in Idaho because they really do care about me and my financial interests. I highly recommend this branch. My dog Oliver is also a fan because of the drive thru treats Marilyn always used to make sure he had!

A great group of folks, and a bank that meets all of our needs! We have used a wide variety of their services and couldn't be happier.

Worst experience I have ever had in a bank. The manager, Michelle, is very unprofessional and disrespectful. My dad passed away and I dealt with her on 3 separate occasions about his accounts. You would think during an already difficult time she wouldn’t be yelling personal information across the lobby and throwing checks in my face. When I asked for the district managers information she provided me with a non-working number. I wouldn’t recommend this bank to my worst enemy!

These guys always take the time to make sure you have what your needing. They are very people and peoples needs oriented- upbeat and being sparkle to you’re day for every visit. They’ve been there for us, with kindness caring and professionalism
