Bob Walts1Fourth time I have had an appointment here at B of A. They cancelled three times after I arrived. Got a call this morning to change times. Now I have been waiting 40 minutes. Ready to walk out. Been a B of A customer for over fifth years! What the heck is going on. Poor help, long lines, no banks open, most closed. It's not covid, just very bad management. Customer is NOT number one, actually last in line. All I want to do is get my moms name off of my account as she passed. Just have to assume that service is not important with B of A, just making money. Now been waiting 45 minutes. About time to take my almost 200 k or more average put of here. Absolutely crazy¡!!! 48 minutes and counting. Can not believe customers put up with this? Now 50 minutes, still have not been called.

Shanti Michaels Smith1Min October I made an appointment that I anticipated taking 30 minutes max. Appointment took approximately 2 hours. I wasn’t thrilled, but at least I left the branch having opened the two accounts I had needed to open in person. I was promised, explicitly, on multiple occasions, by the rep, that there were to be zero fees associated with the accounts (I was relying on this info because of the precise purposes of the accounts). Then after having sent me the relevant customer service surveys, they started assessing fees, starting on the first account. I called and spoke to a rep in another state. She reversed the fee and apologized, but several days later I saw the other account had been assessed a fee. I called and spoke to a rep in yet a 3rd state. She said, basically, there are fees, and she cannot change that. I am a busy person. To say I am unimpressed would be an understatement. I’ve wasted hours and hours for nothing it seems.

Nick Victor1I went to this branch to pay my credit card. There were only two people in front of me but it was moving very slow! I mean very slow. Finally, it was my turn but the teller decided to count her cash on the cash machine. I waited for a few minutes and still no other tellers became available. There were two more tellers. So, I asked that lady if she was available. But, no! She growled at me saying that she wasn’t! No eye contact at all but that awful attitude and her customer service was way below one star! I told her that she shouldn’t hold the line counting the cash that long when there was a long line waiting! Then, the manager name Nancy walked up and said: what’s the problem here? She was NOT nice at all! She told the teller right in front of me: can you profile him?! I said to her: what? are you serious? And then, the manager said: can you step out? I’m calling the police. Then, I lost my patience there. I asked this mean impolite teller to return my credit card slip. She raised her voice at me also! I will never ever come to this branch again and I will contact Bank of America’s customer service and the corporate about this crazy experience! I was in this branch in March - April 2021 and I had the same bad experience with the same teller and the same manager.

Naseer 491 Ahmad1The bankers are very slow don’t know what need to be done. Having people waiting for hours and bankers walking around cheat chat. I can’t believe Bank of America has this location. Not checking on the employees. This place need I real manger to run it ok.

Tom Hession-Herzog1Absolutely absurd policies. You can’t even talk to anyone without an appointment - which are booked out for days. Hire more people. There are two associates, including the branch manager, doing nothing. I stood there for 10 minutes just for someone to tell me I had to come back after scheduling an appointment online, or sit and wait for 2-3 hours.

All Lacquered Up1I went to the branch to do some banking. I walked in at 345 (bank closed at 5) The "manager', short hispanic woman asked me what I needed to do that day. I explained in one sentence and she immediately became disrespectful and rude. She told me that I didnt have enough time to get my banking taken care of and locked the door in my face.. Mind you? There was an hour and 15 min left. Also? They have closed ALL BOFA BRANCHES in our area within an 8 mile radius. She was rude and disrespectful. As I walked away? Another person walked up and stated that she had done the same to him. BofA.. DO BETTER.. You are losing customers.. We've gone to Chase instead.. Sad since Ive been with BofA for 50 years.

Izzy O1There is constantly a line all the way to the door at this location. They always have only 2 tellers. the banker walking down the line asking about our transactions is not helpful. They’d be more helpful if they got behind a computer to get the long line moving

Rohit Kumar1I went to this branch two time in my life first when i open online account and that was stuck and here one guy from Pakistan scaared me that you can't open account in bank of American i left and go to yegnacia velly branch they the women fixed my problem juat in 15 mnt and open my new account yesterday again i go to this branch just transfer some money to my another bank account just five hundred dollars she asked me that will change to you $15 just i left and open new account in petalco and moving my all money to my new bank just the reason by this branch employees will be transferred all my money in next 20 days that's it
