Female teller with brown hair who wears a nose ring is extremely hateful and rude. I've interacted with her 3 separate occassions and she was the same each and every time. I'm closing my account.

I went into the bank with a problem with my account. Ashley was very helpful with my problem. She offered me a solution and reached back out to me to let me know I had another option and offered me further assistance if I needed it.

Horrible customer service. It took 20 minutes to deposit my check... In the drive thru... With no one else in line... And I'm a member... And they couldn't remember my name even though they possessed my id. Unless you're friends with the folks employed there you will get treated like dirt.
