DO NOT PAWN SOMETHING YOU WANT BACK. I pawned my 2,000 dollar camera for 600 dollars. When I came to pick up they explained how they lost it…They sold my camera and lied to me.

I was in and out in a jiffy. I took my gold bracelet into the pawn shop and recieved a fair deal. Its a long way from home ( I live in waianae) but their hours are amazing so when everyone else is closed they are open to serve you with fast and friendly service. Lots of other items for sale as well.nice store friendly staff I will definately recommend them and return agaon in the future

This place is awesome, came looking for a gameboy and not only did he have that, he was glad to show me other items i was interested in. Super good shop for game consoles.

The owner Patrick is a great guy..very friendly and so are his staff, I always purchased my electronics and tools here..again Mahalo Pat for the Xbox 1 and the tools and big mahalos to the young lady that helped us..lol..

Worse service ever there is a sign by the door that says they are open from 12:00pm to 8:00pm and I've been waiting out side since 11:57am and it's now 2:00pm and I'm still waiting for them to open up so that I can pick up my item that I loaned to them I wouldn't recommend anybody to come and do business at this pawn shop...

To be honest, customer service was terrible. I walked in and heard the cashier completely be sarcastically disrespectful to the 2 clients before me. I had called 2x that day, with no answer. When inquired I received a lame excuse as to why noone answered the phone. Th item I wanted to sell, he low balled me ALL THE WAY. However, showed me on the internet what I actually was asking for. Don't go to this place.

Worst place ever, the girl had an attitude. Their price was so rip OFF. There's a lot of way better shops out there. I wouldn't even give them a star but you have to, to make a post or review.

Never get to go in but once to use my ID....if ever nd...i got info for soooo called patrick n his trustworthy wife (is it) whom id like to meet...her n i got things in common...shop is great on import...export idk...i love to shop...when i do..pawn shops really are nt at the top of my list..maybe it should be....my man loooooveees this place....works with him always...so i hope to see BAGS END GOLD AND PAWN III !!!
