Stephanie Koenig1Horrible and dishonest company. Do NOT trust them for a loan. Opening a lawsuit for their fraudulent activity. They held 6k of my money hostage. I had a car loan through them. Car was totaled & insurance gave a 30k check to pay out. Azura still reported my monthly car payments late. They got more money in that 1 check than they ever would have gotten from me in 4 months. Azura never informed me in writing of a remaining balance. Only reported late payments to credit bureau(all the while had received 30 thousand dollars already mind you) Logic and professionalism is lacking here.

Tagan Evans5This is my go to branch. Most recently, Jessica and Ann got on top a paperwork issue involving the State and the outcome was fantastic. Not all banking issues can be solved so quickly, but without professionals like Jessica and Ann, none are!

Susan Patrick1I joined Educational CU in 1985. Had great service until Azura. Within the last year: 1) paid for 2 accounts using 1 check and both statements for the 2 accounts indicating the $$ to be put on each account. They put it ALL on one account. 2) was told my car loan was ready to go but got there and spent another 20 minutes clearing up "details" before I could even sign papers. 3) made an appt. (Covid protocol) and repeated the date and time no fewer than FOUR times during the phone call. Drove 45 miles only to be told there was no record of a scheduled appt. They graciously told me I could conduct all my private business by talking -- which is really screaming into a microphone allowing everyone within 20 yards to hear -- with someone at the drive through. 4)I attempted to ask a question via their secure form but 2 days later I still had not heard from them. Working on cancelling all accounts. Surely other cu's are more customer oriented.

W R1Was hung up on after troubleshooting with their rep for sometime who was unable to tell me about a "supposed" electronic check deposit that was made to my account (different bank) on behalf of their client whose original paper check bounced. They claim it cleared (no evidence of this in my account) and do not have any details on there end as to the account # or routing # of where to it went. I prefer to write good reviews. I love great service and love to acknowledge great establishments. Wished the ending was different.

Kyler Falk1I don't know how many issues I have had with these people. From them placing my money in accounts contrary to what I requested, to putting locks on specific modes of payment preventing me from using my own money when requesting only to require a password when the routing number is used online. I am sitting here, having asked them to put a lock on any attempts to use the routing number online. Well they locked the use of my debit card as well, preventing me from making any purchases myself. It is memorial day, and I have been on hold with their 24/7 line for over an hour now. So happy to never have to bank here again, was getting tired of their constant reminders from multiple individuals about "how little activity there is" on my account when closing it out. Obviously, my other account that I deposit into was the account I use officially and the lack of use on the other is inconsequential.

Beth kenn1I absolutely hate this credit union. I don't live in Kansas and every single time I order anything or attempt to buy anything they put my card on hold. I always call and remind them of my location and they talk like they are actually doing something about it but my card will just get declined again the next time I try and buy something.

Clint B1Our Son Passed away who had a Car Loan thru Azura CU we live clear across the United States Azura CU repossessed the Car. Sent it off to auction never removing his personal belongings or the motor vehicle plates NOW causing us all kinds of problems with DMV as we are not local what a nightmare they created on top of losing our Son. NO COMPASSION TO US OR OUR SITUATION IN OUR TIME OF NEED ! POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE
