      I was seeking for a second car and I applied online and Justin called me. At first I was hesitant but Justins customer service skills set me at ease. I can honestly say this has been the best experience for my wife and I thus far with a car dealership. Justin is a phenomenal sales person! He helped us every step of the way.       There’s this common misconception about auto finance companies and how they’re strictly business and never personable. They seem to only care about the transaction and never the client. Too often an inexperienced person walks into this atmosphere and winds up getting into a situation that is harder to come out of then it took to get into. With that being said my spouse and I being young were skeptical and expected the process to be just that. Nonetheless we persisted and decided to look into this option further and let me just say now .... that wasn’t the case at all. In fact we were greeted by a lovely young lady named Sasha upfront and immediately directed to our also very friendly young rep Justin. It sounds funny, but I emphasize the company including younger floor members because going back to that misconception... older reps and these companies typically gray out areas on the contract and seem to essentially trap the inexperienced by brushing over the fine print... right? Well this was not the case. No matter the question big or small Justin had the ability to answer. He even understood something no one else could and that was understanding how tough it can be in your early 20’s diving head first without the proper knowledge on the ins and outs of financing a car and what that entails! This really put us at ease. Justin was transparent with every detail including the importance of certain aspects on the contract we should really be paying attention to. He wasn’t shy on providing his fellow younger new clients some trustworthy advice that will help set us as young adults up for success going forward. It’s been a pleasing experience. Our expectations were low and Justin knocked the ball out of the park. Auto use works with you and really cares for their clients no matter the age and how much you carry in your pocket. I have had no problems thus far and intend to keep it that way. Thank you Justin! We look forward to keeping this experience a seamless one! 🙂

      I have bad credit and always been such a hard worker but have no family and friends to rely on totally random but my Uber driver told me about this place and told me to speak to Seth and I made a friend a guy who didn’t know me but wanted to help me. There isn’t a lot of people , let me rephrase that there isn’t ENOUGH of people like Seth he was more concerned with repairing my credit and my future of being successful then his own income he was more concerned about a safe car for me then his commission. Soooo many businesses should learn from them! Even talking to him today a year later that’s what he reassured me of again what the plan is and should be. He’s wonderful and I would only recommend him and that company I will ONLY do business with them. Seth is the best!

      Honestly had a great experience I went in with a bit of an emergency and had just a few days to get in a vehicle, I had the pleasure of being helped by Justin and he was incredibly helpful and worked his magic for me I was in me car in just 3 days very smooth process and I couldn’t thank him enough for that being I had just been threw a lot that very day.       When you need a creative finance plan for yourself or your business, Auto Use provides the right solution for the customer. I dealt with Seth who was outstanding in responsiveness and making the process easy. This was a business transaction, but I'd look to them for personal use because of the great experience I had.

      I had no problem with them until it came to the end of my loan I contacted them to send me a list of dealers in my area that use them because the original dealer closed after 2 months nothing went through a different loan company they played off the last $500 of my loan I was not charged my car payment that week do to the new company paying them off the following week I look in my bank account and I see they took it out. It took me 45min to talk to some one to get well until we get that check we will keep charging you. What craziness

      I leased my vehicle back in 2015 and received the title in 2018. This place is great for people with no credit or bad credit. Yes the interest rate is higher because their customers have no credit or poor credit. I have never had an issue with them. When i have to pay late i simply called or used my grace period of 10 days. If its longer than the grace period, depending on how many times u called needing an extension they will grant it for you or warn you your vehicle is 30 days past due and this causes a red flag on your account but even when i went past the 30 days they put the red flag on my account they have never towed my vehicle. I had twins back in 2016 they gave me enough time to get caught up and then we had to go back and forth to Dr appointments due to medical issues out of town they worked with me again and gave an extension. They have even deferred my payments twice. If i was not working on my credit and i needed another vehicle i would most definitely come back here. Thank you. All i want to say to the new customers or existing customers if u need more time call and talk to them they do not want to repo your vehicle they will work with u. They may ask u to fax in documentations to support what ever reason u need an extension but its worth it. That reminds me of another time i had to get an extension. I had just had my vehicle repaired, she simply said fax in my receipts for repairs and gave me time to pay. Thank you auto use auto loan.

      I’ve had a great experience so far. I financed my car in March of this year and the bank I had linked to my account I closed and am waiting on my new card to set up the auto pay and I always call and make my payment or send in a money order and every time I’ve spoken to someone they have been very understanding and accommodating. It helps tht I love the car I financed also. Life happens and it’s nice to have a company that does there best to understand.

      I live in and bought my car in NC and my financing was done by this company. My credit is not that great due to a previous voluntary repossession on a car that ended up needing repairs that cost more than the car itself. I've never had any issues with this company. I've never had any reason to contact them though, other than to make payment changes due to account or bank card changes and I've always had a pleasant experience. Yes, the interest rates are high but those are consequences of less than stellar credit, no fault of theirs. My 2009 Dodge still runs just fine. If they have some type of program for return buyers with reduced rates, I'd use them for financing again.

      I just paid my car off. A really good company that works with you and works with the payments. My title didn’t take long at all to come in the mail. The company didn’t give me a hard time with payments and moving around the payment date. Paying this loan off helped boost my credit score
