I would walk 100 miles one way before I ever deal with this company again... the most unprofessional incompetent group of females I have ever crossed in a business... I'm highly dissatisfied with their service and support... I wish they had a corporate number but complaining to the BBB is going to have to do

Unprofessional and terrible customer service.It took three days to complete the entire car buying process.All the while enduring disrespect.I am not speaking from anger, because it's been around 2yrs or more since I made my final payment.If credit is an issue do your research there are other places other places.I encourage you to read the reviews of the dealer and who is financing.I was due a small refund from Auto Credit that I NEVER received.I am currently the owner of a brand new car, my credit continues to improve.However this time I was treated with courtesy and respect.

I'd rather take public transportation and bike everywhere I needed to be than to ever and I do mean EVER do business with these people again...

Have had zero issues with this company since I got my car almost 2yrs ago.

They prey on good people with credit issues very detrimental to the financial well-being of the consumer

I honestly wish i would've bought my car from somewhere else never again will I finance with this company or recommend them to anyone.

Horrible customer service and they care nothing about anything other than the dollar... No matter if THEY are there inconvenience by being closed or not having someone to answer the phone!

There's no call center to make payments over the phone, if the place is closed there's no way to make a payment.

It is unfortunate if you get into a lease with this company the workers there are rude

I normally do not write reviews, but this damn company is THE WORST
