      Very bad customer service! Very rude and I have been yelled at several times by Monique, she is not allowed to call me anymore! They call you the day after your payment is due, no consideration at all! I can not wait until my car is paid off, I've never had to deal with such inappropriate behavior.

      The WORST company EVER. You cant even refinance here! They messed up on my payments on how much i owe and had an attitude with me. This company needs to shut down ASAP! I will NEVER use them again!

      I am satisfied with my car but YES the customer service is RUDE as EVER. Like the customer service reps personally gave you the car loan themselves. Got to do better!

      I paid for my car I purchased there. It was one of the most difficult experiences I have had. They are not flexible when you change you pay schedule to work with you. I dont that I would refer someone to this company.

      Stay away from this company they will cheat out of your $400.00 voucher tell especially if you set-up direct deposit with them. Tell your money will be deducted. Then you find out your first payment isn't now your late and ineligible for the voucher. Stay away from these people.

      Good customer service, but it is 2016 almost 2017, UPGRADE YOUR SYSTEM!!! . I should be able to pay over the phone or ONLINE with my CREDIT CARD! Driving 30 minutes to you is a BIG INCONVENIENCE!!

      My son brought a car from here was told it was 3 year loan but its for 5 ..2008 car for 30000. Really read the contract cause it say one thing at bottom but told Payment in middle is higher. FYI

      Don't answer the phone when they call because there is no point. You will give them a payment date and they will still call you every day.What are they thinking? Idiots. I guess they get paid to harass you.Oh and they website rarely works to make a payment??

      bought their disability policy to pay loan if disabled. I became disabled after spinal surgery and they denied it and threatened me to pay 1400.00 at once or lose my car.
