Can I give more than 5 stars? I have worked with Atypical Title for a couple of years now and by far the BEST Title Company out there. Everyone is professional and knowledgeable about all things related to Title, Closing, etc. You name it, they will provide you an answer. My Wife and I recently used Atypical Title for a personal transaction and it was an amazing experience. I wouldn't have expected anything less. Do yourself, family, friends, partners and neighbors a favor and USE ATYPICAL TITLE! You will be glad you did.

Five star service! I recently bought my first home and Lisa and Melisa handled the closing. They were so informative and talked me through the entire process, and were so patient with all my (MANY) questions! Atypical Title is top notch in customer service. You can trust them with your sellers and/or buyers and know they'll deliver. Not only are they one of my top title companies used but they're experts in social media marketing. They help generate a buzz for your listings but show appreciation after the transaction is closed. Definitely throw them a file and let them prove themselves. You won't be disappointed.
