Kandon Roach1I have an account with them and they wouldn't let me in without a mask. It doesn't make since even if it is a city ordinance, it's not there job to enforce it, are they going to start giving speeding tickets now?

Edward Stoll1On 3/16/19 stopped by to do some banking. Counter staff were very nice. Loan officer on duty was another story. When asked where the restroom was, I was informed that it is not available to bank customers and that I would have to go across the street to use the restroom at the tire shop. I returned to line for teller and mentioned to my wife and another customer that they should have a restroom for customers. Female loan officer emerged from office, approached me and asked "are you having a bathroom emergency" in a loud voice and in front of other customers. She then asked "do you want me if I wanted her to build one "right now". Loan officer then asked the next customer if they were having a "bathroom emergency" in a loud voice. Loan officer was very loud, crude and aggressive. Very unprofessional!
