Armed Forces Bank Nebraska Ave, Fort Leonard Wood

I received a call and text message from the Armed Forces bank stating there were possibly fraudulent activity on my checking account. I checked and there was. Please read the following....... I have been banking on Fort Leonard Wood since 1977. I have never had any issues with the banks especially the one now, ( Armed Forces Bank). Recently I noticed 3 fraudulent items withheld on my savings account totaling over $1100, I went to Armed Forces Bank on a Tuesday, bringing to their attention the unauthorized withholding. I was told once they were out of pending to come back in and make the complaint, They cleared on Thursday at Midnight , I went in on Friday completed the paperwork and was told not to worry, these are definitely unauthorized, and my money would be put back into my account within 3 to 5 days. On Monday midnight the money was back in my account. I would like to thank Armed Forces Bank and specially the young ladies that work at the Fort Leonard Wood branch for their concern and fast resolving of my situation. Went to close my account. They only closed my savings.(they took my card btw) 2 months later and I'm getting calls that I owe money because the person only closed my savings. They said I was getting charged when I have been getting charged on my new credit card. Please save your time and go to navy federal. This bank has given me to many problems in the past and I'm relieved I've switched.

I have had the same password for 7 years. They change the standards on what the password needs to have in it so when I go to log in my password is wrong. WTH???? So I go ahead and change it and write it down. Used it for about 2 months now and all of a sudden it won’t let me log into the app because it says the password is wrong! I’m getting sick and tired of this. Before this the only problem I had with the bank is I couldn’t just drive down the road an enter my bank. The nearest bank to me was 4 1/2 hours away. It’s getting real stupid.

I think the clerks get agitated when I deposit cash. Is cash really a hassle today?

I really like the Armed Forces Bank on Fort Leonardwood, the customer service is always welcoming and very friendly employees. I personally don't like the telebank services because my balance is hardly ever up to date or matching. The telebank service and bank are not the same. I deffinitely give the bank on post 5 stars but telebank 1 star. Please don't let the reviews stop you from getting such a convenient bank account if you live on post. I could see if you live off post then yes Navy Federal would be a convenient bank. USAA is the best but not for loans.

It took 23 minutes to move one car in drive thru. The lobby is closed at 1230. This is so bad can’t wait to transfer to another bank. I have been sitting in Line since 1215 it is now 1249. This is just ridiculous.

This has got to be the worst bank. Several times they have let my account get compromised, not a single text call nor email to let me know it has happened! Then I try and deposit a check and it take them 10 days?! I should have just went to a different bank. Save yourself and go else where!!

The wait is long eventhough they have more than 2 employees. I dont think this bank need customer at all. While others fight to get you open an account with them, this bank will ask you to come back the next day because they close at 4 and I come in to open an acct at 3.30. They dont want me so I take my bussiness else where.

I have gotten multiple alerts from my online bank telling me this bank has tried to charge my card for $45.88 I dont have a checking or credit account with this institution I have NO CLUE why or how this company got my information but I would like for it to stop because it seems I may have to get legal help for this situation.

I had to open an account for an organization, and they were super professional and helpful. Gave me all the tools I needed to create the account and were super helpful along the way. They were super friendly and had overall great customer service.
