I will i could give them a 0 star 🌟 Aqua Finance is a rip off I'm in the process of thing to find a law to file a civil suit. Please if you know anyone that have Aqua Financz tell them to look at there paperwork what the do is give you 3 months no payment for something special. But in turn there charging you interest so the first 3 years you've trying to catch up but you are not paying attention to this because it direct draft There one paper that they slip up and sent to me i even spoken with on of there rep who in turn told me my items should have been paid for in 4 years the same thing I was told before I bought the item so please lets get together and file this suit.

My wife and I thought Aqua Finance was a reliable company. After signing a contract for a water softener and receiving empty promises it be came apparent we were duped. A lawyer told me I was liable for the loan because of my signature on the contract. Aqua Finance has since disappeared in the Knoxville, TN area. Save your money and piece of mind.

My boat was financed through this company...no issue there. However, I paid it off a few years early and over month later my title STILL hasn't arrived. I've called twice to have it resolved. The first person told me that they don't send them out until three weeks after paying off the account...the next person I talked to had no idea what I was talking about when I told them what the previous person said and supposedly had a manager sign off on it and is having it mailed. I am giving them maybe two more weeks before I have my lawyer obtain my title for me.

I have been doing finance for 18 years and this is by far the worst company I have ever had to deal with. I would never want any of my customers to have to deal with them.

Very Positive I was able to get a 7 year same as cash financing through Aqua on a new roof. I setup auto payments and haven't had to give them a second thought. My only complaint is that because of the auto-pay, I don't get paper statements. Even when there was a problem with a payment, they called me and resolved it without penalty. Very please so far, 8 month in.

This company does not reveal its intwrwst or other information b4 a deal is made. They also sold my loan to someone else without my notice. They have failed after 4 times to even bill correctly. They send offers to me in the mail routinely. Those are only good if accepted with their in person water treatment system sale pitch and demo. Those offers all came long after the install, thus were useless. This company sent me more mail in the 1st week than i got in total from all other places in 3 months. They also email and call until you block them. Rhis was all b4 a bill was even due. Ridiculous. Worst company to do business with.

The worst scam!! Home Depot should be ashamed for representation of a scam like this! The absolute worst mistake I’ve ever made. There should be a class action lawsuit over this fraud!

Would give it a 0 if I could. My water keeps turning black and staining my toilets and sinks, I have to run the water in every room for a while before it gets back to normal color. I called customer service and they say they will pass it along to the company but no one ever comes to check it. Do not waste your time or money! Why spend $10,000 for something that doesn't work right? What a joke!!

I had work done on my home, and unfortunately the financing went through Aqua. I set up auto payment and thought that was that. The day of my first payment I got a call confirming my monthly payment. A couple hours later I got a 2nd call saying the price increased which I declined to accept because I had just confirmed. What happened next is without telling me they cancelled that account, and opened another with the new higher price. Then a month later they called demanding payment. I was confused since I had set up auto payment. They then claimed I had never made a payment and the new price was again higher. Worst experience I've ever had.
