Reneka Sizer2I have been with with for over 10 years. I use to like this bank but the customer service is becoming trash. When you try to call on the phone the number doesn’t work. When you call the HQ you’re on hold for hours just to check the status of a loan app. Also I been changed my address on the website and on the phone and for some reason my mail keeps going to old addresses. AFCU GET IT TOGETHER!!!

There's absolutely nothing that takes the place of good ole fashion customer service and being able to apply that to the public. Having knowledge about your services and compassionate enough to relay the information to the public . I applaud them for a job well done.

Joyce White5I have banked at AFCU for over 20 yrs. We are retired Military. The staff are always pleasant and professional. I now live in SE -DC and utilize that Branch. I have never had a problem and all my needs have been met.

Shadonna Washington1They never answer the phone...DO NOT.. I REPEAT DO NOT DEPOSIT MONEY INTO THE ATM.. THEY WILL NOT COLLECT THE MONEY ON TIME. DO NOT DEPOSIT MONEY INTO THE ATM.. They take all week to collect the money from the atm so your hard earned money is put on hold because their lazy AF. They are the most professional lazy group of people i have ever meet.. Can we get a manager here that actually makes then work!!

Alicia Thomas1This is the worst bank ever, ever time I set up an auto pay. I end up with fee charged and interst charged its really sad cause that messed up my credit. Also by calling customer service is no help at all. They never know nothing. They never can help ,they always tell me to go to the my local branch.
