Amscot - The Money Superstore N University Dr, Coral Springs

The absolute worst. They barely speak any English so you can hardly understand them. They want you to wait until you get another check, because one isn’t good enough, to apply for a loan. Why would I need a loan from them AFTER I get a check from my job? That’s redundant. They lie over and over, every single time you go in there.

Rude. Won’t ever return here. I come to this location in Coral Springs... Ramblewood Square often to take out a loan. Good thing that I can return the loan when it’s due at any location because I won’t visit this location anymore. The employee was rude during the entire transaction and I easily pick up on things. The associate very rudely asked me when was the date of my last direct deposit. I didn’t appreciate that associate’s entire demeanor. I work hard for money and have a job and did not come to Amscot to steal 200 dollars. The associate should learn how to speak to people and provide better customer service. There is a proper way to speak to people. No matter who the person is. Everyone should be treated with respect. I did not get that employee name but I have never seen that employee before. That employee must be new and obviously does not have the skills that the other employees possess. This is the first time where I have a complaint. It has always been a delight to come here for my financial needs.The employees are always professional here. So I was appalled to receive the service that I did from that one particular person who like I said I’ve never seen before. I was courteous. I guess I came to the wrong place. I did not appreciate the customer service that was provided. I guess the loan was coming out of that associate’s pocket. No need to return to a location where an employee is biting off every word.

I cash many checks, payroll and govenment here and was told a personal check was a high risk check and refused to cash it. It was a check for christmas for my girls. I called the 800 for amscot and from what they told me it could of been the amount(500.00, they can cover that) that they may not of wanted to buy and deposit the check later incase it didn't go through. I understand the fraudulent part but I even offered to call him myself and verify check. This expierence rubbed me the wrong way and I will be doing direct deposit for all my other checks.

I honestly don’t know what we did or say to upset her, but Briana was extremely rude and disrespectful. I guess she doesn’t like her job.

If i could give zero stars i would, this place has very rude employees. For a customer service oriented job i expected much better. I definitely will not be back.

This place has very rude employees. And as a company they need to invest in some newer technology. Or accept virtual pay stubs. I will never go back to this company for anything ever again.

Sabrina, Stacy, Carolina, Patricia are the BEST! They always treat me like a Human Being and with the utmost respect.

Nothing like the other amscot locations.I walked in and had to thrust them to speak. They dont even talk with a smile.

I always had a good experience here. But then again I only come in for a bus pass.

I enjoyed my experience and resolved my temporary need. Excellent service
