Vanessa was very helpful. She was very welcoming and friendly. She explained and answered any questions I had to help me better understand. She was also prompt and got me my loan in a good timely fashion. And all the way helped other customers in between with their payments.

I went into ATL when I was in a tough position. I am a recurring customer and have turned to their services in the past when I needed to. For the most part I have always had good customer service. I have always been greeted by someone willing to be helpful. The last time I went in was really hard and we were in a tough position. Zaahira Cordero, the manager was nothing short of amazing. She went above and beyond to accommodate our personal situation with nothing but kindness and understanding. It was very nice to have this warm and welcoming personality there to help us when we needed it most. I am very grateful and would recommend anyone going to Zaahira for any of their personal loan needs.

The customer service is careless. One of the ladies who works there is very unprofessional and rude. Their common employees know so, the reviews from other people are safe to say are fake because they offer their customers $10 if they write a review but they’ll make you do it right there at the store (I think basically to make sure it’s a good review). But it’s the only title loan in town. So eventually you’ll find out.

We came to American Title under hard circumstances but they were more than helpful and accommodating. It took minimal time and we were out the door with the amount we requested. Thank you American Title loan for helping out during these tough times. If we had to do it again we would choose them again.

The staff in Elko is awesome Vanessa help me get my car loan when I needed the money to pay my bills and for that I thank you and there payment plan is a good thing because I don't make a hole lot of money.

This place is the best in town I would not go any were else they are so nice and friendly here and super nice and fast beat part they for free pop corn and soda if you do got to wait a few min but hands down the best around will be going back there

Very awesome place.got or loan in as little as 30 min.Vannessa is the bomb.had a bad couple wks.she has been so good to me.had an emergency.then now I'm stuck in a storm. Thanx Vannessa
