They don't have online website, so I had car loan payment have to make personally in bank. Can't wait to refinance my loan with other bank.

I like this bank. I have an auto loan with them. I do wish their mobile app allowed me to check my loan status tho....

It took 3 phone calls just to find out how much the interest I paid on a vehicle in 2017. No one from the loan department would call me back. Ridiculous!

they finance my purchase of a new car.., I pay $ 500 a month, $ 300 they take monthly, and only $ 200 per car, I advise you to have no business with them

Called to check the balance on my loan was given a number the days later received a letter saying I still owed $8.50 literally just scammers

Worst Bank ever I was paying off my car loan and had a refund coming back to me they were going to charge me a $5 fee for them to cut me a check so they were going to deduct it from my refund after paying off my car loan I demanded to speak to a manager waived the fee they really need to revised that procedure it does not make any sense to me AT ALL if I did not ask for a manager they were going to deduct $5 also to obtain my payoff amount it took them forever to give me that information because they accused that I was passed due not knowing after of days going back and forth trying to figure out why my account was past after I have made my payments on time they discover they misapply my October payment accusing me being delinquent worst experience ever I will never never go thru this bank again.

This is the worst bank I have ever gotten a loan from and Ruth is one of the rudest people I have ever spoken to. I do NOT recommend anyone go here.
