Worst bank ever! I only have one customer service rep that was helpful and the rest were just rude. Do not finance with them because thanks to them, my credit is ruined. Thanks American credit acceptance!

I haven’t had problems with ACA, it was always me running into a hardship from serious health issues and being out of work, that cause me to fall behind on my monthly payments. Each time I have called and explain my crisis, customer service always seems understanding and willing to help me out, I have truly been blessed not to run into people that are rude and lack good customer service. Thanks

ThEy charge $6.95 every single time a payment is made. If I don’t pay my loan off early, that means I’ll end up playing them $500.40 just in fees for making the minimum payment. Very much a predatory loan.

Avoid this lender at all costs ... Just refinanced with a much better local credit union and literally after a 6k down payment and 6 months of 700+ dollars the payoff total was what the vehicle listed on the lot for, Theives and predatory are the first words that come to mind that I can use in this review

Been paid on time since you bought my loan out still haven't reported to my credit im paying you 352 a month only 176 goes to principal. Get the run around on phone. It's time for a lawyer.

I called during my lunch break from work ONLY for my account number to make my payment online and was asked too many questions (why did I want my account number? When do I plan to make my payment, why I am 3 days late making my payment?) very frustrating when you are only calling for one specific thing. I don't understand why each time I call it seems like everyone I speak with has an attitude, NO ONE has sounded professional or pleasant to speak with thus far.

They are not a good loan company i made my paymenta on time every month and they charge me fees really some. BS REALLY IS YALL NEED TO LEARN CUSTOMER SERVICE

RUN FAR FROM ANY CAR COMPANY THAT USES AMERICAN CREDIT ACCEPTANCE as a finance company! Horrible customer service. Harrassment at it's finest. Horrid company. You pay a very high APR, payoff is impossible, and no one person knows what's going on with your account. It's a shame this company is legal and not sued yet!

The absolute worse company, it's hard to get someone over the phone, and I over night my pay off to them with signature verification, they signed for it, lost the check and made me go through the entire process all over again not even giving me credit for the time of the lost check.
