There is no location to do banking in detroit.The ren-cen location has been closed for 3 years.everything is online

As a 100% online banking institution they should have robust security options like multi factor authentication for access to your account.

This pertains to Ally Invest... They never responded to anything in a timely manner - I went to wire the balance of my account and they began dragging their feet and making it take as long as possible.. Highly recommend going elsewhere if you want a responsive team handling your investments.

6 minute wait time ? Are you kidding ? I have Ally accounts and have tried to reach Ally for MANY days at all hours and keep getting the 30 minutes or more wait message. Hire more staff or get out of the Customer Service banking business.

Horrible!!! Bought a car in 2003 via GMAC that doesn't exist anymore, paid it off in 2008, didn't get a lien release note from them ever, nor they sent one to DMV, now in 2016 when I am trying to sell my car, I am BEGGING them for 5 hours to fax a release note for something I paid 8 years ago and can't get it!!! All you get is a call center somewhere in this world, promises, waiting and frustration!! Nobody is able to give you a manager contact info here in US!!!! And I cannot rate it - NO STARS EITHER!!!

Inept and getting worse by the minute. Wired money because it's usually immediate. Almost 24 hours later and still "reviewing due to EXTREME wire volume." Horrible service.

Turned in leased vehicle to Extreme Dodge on January 28 2019 , as of today February 29 2019 the vehicle is still sitting in the lot at Extreme Dodge , no inspection done , can't get any straight answers from ALLY as to why , called ALLY and got put through to a service in the Philippines , REALLY !!! That's customer service .... leeser beware !!!

This companyn just scam me. I ask for prof my bill charge, they tell I'm not eligible becuse Im new customer. I have account for 4 years, they take advntage of me becuse Im foreign and have accent. These people are bad. Please stay away. I will talk to my lawyer I recorded them
