      Adrian Vega is the best! Even though Alliance didn't write the title insurance policy, as a buyer, his advice and Alliance's reasonable quote saved me hundreds of dollars by making the seller's choice of title insurance and fees match Alliance's prices. If I ever sell, Alliance (and Adrian) will be MY choice for title insurance. Thanks again, Adrian!

      Why can't I pick 10 stars? My experience with Alliance Title Corporation was awesome! Hector was pleasant, all smiles, super fast, and efficient. Couldn't have had a better closing. Would highly recommend. Hector is one of the best in the business according to my lawyer who's been in the game for 25 years. Definitely will have him at my next closing. This was my 3rd closing and it was a charm! - Raul

      Our closing as Jun/5, two wks after our closing we get a called from our lawyer letting us know that the transfer fee was not collected at the time of closing & until we paid the fee the deed to the property was not going to get recorded. I was beyond upset because this was a mistake that was done during closing & neither the title company nor the lawyer caught the mistake & we were put into a position of coming up w/ an un expected fee in which we were never prepared for. We were given time to come up w/ the money & to my opinion it was the very least they could do since both parties made a mistake. We able to come up w/ the fee, we sent out the check which was deliver to the tile company July/8. I requested from the lawyer a confirmation once the deed was recorded & expected that as soon as possible due to the lack of trust and reliability of the tile company. We did not received anything via email called the lawyer Jul/15 lawyer stated he email the tile company & the title comp responded "we handed everything to the county recorder & once we receive confirmation we will let you know. Its now Jul/22 called the lawyer again, lawyer emailed title company w/ CC to myself. Jul/23 Still nothing now Im beyond upset I called the lawyer, lawyer has no idea the title company never responded. Ok Called the title company myself come to find out the deed was recorded Jul/11 and no one nor the closing agent or anyone has took the time to follow up with the lawyer nor myself to let us know what is going on. How professional is that, that you charge for services, make a mistakes & give your customers the run around knowingly you made a mistake from the very beginning. Im sorry I don't care how busy you are that is very unprofessional, that's the excuse someone gave me when I called the title company. Im still waiting for the closing agent to give me a call! 100% do not recommend this title company at all, I will be filing an official complaint.. I feel that our interests were not adequate represented by either party... 0 Stars

      I am a closing attorney that has practiced real estate and transaction law for 33 years. I can say without doubt that the closing I participated in (representing the buyer) at Alliance Title last Tuesday was the worst service that I have ever seen a title insurance company give! I feel so strongly about the bad service of this company that From this day forward I intend on making a part of my "Attorney's Approval" for my clients that we will not accept any service from Alliance Title.

      My experience with Alliance Title was miserable. Several days prior to closing I received an invoice indicating what I would have to pay them. It was full of overcharges and junk fees, including one $150 charge for a document that verifiably comes free from the state and that's actually prepared by my lender. When I called Alliance to review the invoice and ask that certain fees be removed, I was told they "don't ordinarily spend time with clients on the phone" and that they shouldn't even be discussing the invoice with me. When I pressed the issue, I was told nothing could be resolved over the phone and that while my lawyer was free to send an e-mail I would be better served raising my concerns at the closing table. So, I raised the issue at closing only to be told that yes Alliance is willing to negotiate some of the fees but doing so could delay my closing by hours or even days. Since my mortgage lock expired the day of closing, the message was essentially that I had to to suck it up and pay their unnecessary, usurious fees or risk blowing up the transaction (meaning, lose my escrow money). Yes the deal went through, but if you want to avoid overpaying then I suggest you look elsewhere.

      I've always received excellent service from everyone I've ever dealt with at Alliance Title. Easy to work with. Have a department that deals with HUD deals.

      Their staff is friendly and always helpful. I enjoy working with them and would recommend them. They have a great office space and they are conveniently located near the expressway or cta train.
