I am very pleased with how Alliance Abstract & Title handled my recent transaction. I dealt with Julia and Monica in the Lovington Office. All of their work was thorough, accurate, completed earlier than expected and their fees were reasonable and fair. I would use them again and recommend them to others.

This company is horrible. We were selling our home and this was the company the buyer's lender went with. We did have unique circumstances as my husband was in Texas. The day of closing, they hadn't sent any paperwork to my husband, fortunately we met that weekend and were able to get things done. They never asked how we wanted the money and when I asked about it, I was spoken to extremely rudely. That alone would have been enough of a warning. But in transferring money, and providing closing documents they were delayed. Fortunately, they transferred the correct amount to our lender. However, the amount they transferred to us was way less than it should have been. Almost a random number they picked out of thin air. When my husband discussed it with them they were pretty hostile. It took almost 24 hours before they wired more money. Then they were still short, they were supposed to overnight the remaining funds, two weeks later we finally received it. As we were buying and selling a home, we were able to deal with another title company which actually just magnified how horrible this company is. If I could give less than 1 star I would. And if you do have to use them, make sure you double check your funds.

This was the most unprofessional title company I have ever worked with. They didn't have anything ready, take note realtors they will blame you if they are not prepared. They put down the incorrect payoff amount on our closing disclosure. They wired the incorrect amount to my account twice, the first incorrect transfer wasn't even half of what was owed and it made absolutely no sense at how they came to that amount, the second incorrect transfer was $1,000 off so they had to mail me a check. When I brought up the initial incorrect transfer, my email simply said this doesn't look correct to me, thier respon was I don't know what looks incorrect we'll deal with it tomorrow. The problem wasn't "corrected" until after 2 more emails and a phone call from me at which time they still wired the wrong amount. My phone call was technically never taken by them either who ever answered the phone promised me a call back in 10 minutes I never received a call back, with in that time the money was miraculously wired wich means they didn't do a thing until I call and they still did it wrong. I asked how a mistake like this could be made and my question was ignored. The number 1 person to blame for this is Monica. Anyone who has used this title company should have a professional audit their documents anyone who has to use a titlecompany findsomeoneelse. I'm definitely reporting this incompetence to the BBB.

It took months to get my paperwork I sent it in at the end of August, I was told they were REALLY busy but the person helping me told me she would get working on it as soon as she received it. I sent my paperwork and payment over night. Over the MONTHS I waited for my paperwork I emailed and called to check the status as I was never informed of how things were progressing. I spoke to the person helping me twice. Every other time I called they would take my name and number and tell me she would call me back after she got back from lunch or off the phone. The calls never came. Eventually I got a hold of her only to find out my title search was done. I asked when it would be mailed out and was assured they would get it in the mail the next day. Waited a couple days and nothing. I then called and asked for her and when I was told she would call me back I asked to speak to a supervisor the receptionist changed the subject and I had mentioned I was writing for paper work that was supposed to be sent the week prior to my call. She said she would get it in the mail. That took another week. When I finally got the paper work the names were miss spelled in some places on the document but correct in others, I called immediately and they said they would fix it and get it to me by lunch. When I spoke to the person helping me after her lunch break she stated she would email them to me instead of sending them. When I received my email the names were misspelled again throughout the whole document. After notifying her via email, I finally received the correct documents. This is no exaggeration and is completely ridiculous they didn't hesitate to take my payment as soon as they got it but held on to my paperwork until I bugged them for it. I understand there is a pandemic and things are moving slow but it's not moving that slow.

We live in Arizona but have land in New Mexico. We are in need of getting our land deeded over to our trust that we are setting up for our daughter. The lady I spoke to on the phone was very helpful. They are going to take care of this for us through the mail and the pricing was very reasonable. I highly recommend them.

I did a property sale thru alliance and it took forever way beyond then norm. I have done many land transactions and this by far was the slowest. They also forgot some important documents and I am still waiting so I can send to escrow. I would not recommend these people.
