Nathan Burman1Terrible experience attempting to get a used auto loan there. Misleading information, intransigent representatives, very rude interactions. No idea how they attract business. They treated us like we were criminals, and were condescending to boot. So, they treated us like we were stupid criminals.

Angela Dziengel1Going downhill FAST! I have been a member for years. They are really starting to NOT CARE and tell me wrong information. Not only that they will be stealing my participation points beginning of April. Sad to have trust in a bank and now all this in the last 2-3 months. VERY SAD!!

Andy Quang Tran1I have been trying to get a hold of Ben Angell these last few weeks through e-mails and phone calls and he have not once replied to any of my messages concerning about my account. I wouldn't recommend getting any help or contact with Ben Angell - lack of customer service and responding back.

Mary Ann Lemke4I have been with Affinity Plus for many years and have been so happy with all of my transactions and dealings. I do feel that they are slow on the phone sometimes, as one has to wait and wait at times.
