I've done several deals with Brandi at Advantage Title & Escrow and never had an issue. Most of my deals are closed within two weeks and I have never had any delays or issues in regards to Title or Escrow. Brandi gained my loyalty due to a title issue on one of my first deals and she was able to explain the issue thoroughly which helped me make an informed decision. Brandi is awesome and I appreciate her professionalism and ability to meet tight deadlines!

I have literally closed over 100 transactions with Brandi at Advantage Title. She is the best closer in NWA. She goes out of her way to make sure your deal closes quickly, and accurately. She has been a huge asset to my business and I would not do business with any other closer!

They have been the most unresponsive title company I've ever worked with. I'm in the unique situation of just trying to get a piece of property transferred as part of an estate and it's been literally months of trying to get it done. Days and weeks go bye without responses to emails or calls. They would have gotten the business when the property went up for sale, but it's obvious they're too busy to take care of simple transactions or provide any respectable level of customer service. UPDATE: To the business response, I have no reason to believe that emailing you yet again will provide any more response than all the other times I've been ignored. If you want to show customer service, then you can address the situation internally and get the corresponding representatives of your company to reply accordingly. Otherwise, I can only believe this is nothing more than a stock response.

Made many careless mistakes that would have cost me a lot of money, if they hadn't been caught. Became necessary to hire lawyer to 'help' them fix problems, so their incompetencies cost me anyway. Of course they just blamed it on the bank, but Advantage agent obviously couldn't just read and follow the land sale agreement terms provided and make closing documents to match. Go elsewhere!

If you have the chance to work with Carol Shadrick do it! Enjoyed working with her. Nice to have a person that values communication, a quick response to questions, and is detailed in their work. Truly a professional.
