I am so happy to write that I have had the pleasure of being helped by Tammy both times I came in. She is a very personable, patient, non-judgmental person, which is exactly what is needed in a business like this. My first time coming here, it was 15-ish minutes to closing on a Friday and she wasn't rude and didn't try to rush. She took the same amount of time explaining everything as she did the next time when I was a better customer and didn't come in right before closing. I was so bummed to hear this isn't even her home store (Citrus Heights)! She even mailed me a card thanking me for my business. If I do continue to need this service in the future, I hope I continue to get lucky and have her behind the counter!
