Crystal was amazing!!! I took a loan in Atascadero, then had to move to South Lake Tahoe before the loan was paid off. I come down to the Central Coast once a year. Trying to receive my pink from Atascadero was a nightmare. One excuse after another, EVEN AFTER I PAID IT OFF. I spent 20 minutes with Crystal and an hour later guess What....I was able to get my pink. Crystal turn around a frustrating situation!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH.

Unfortunately the office right by my home recently closed, Instead of using Advance America's online services (which I recommend) I drove to the Paso Robles office. I am so glad I did! I had the pleasure of meeting Both Manager, Crystal and Assistant Manager Melisa. These 2 ladies really were top notch in Service and welcomed me to my new office in Paso. It is awesome during the pandimic that all of their services may be done with a click, but I see in the futures stopping in anyway, just to have a smile with them.
