Cherie is the best. She told me on the phone that she was going to lunch from 2pm to 3pm. Due to traffic, I got to the store at exactly 2pm. Cherie was kind enough to take time out of her lunch to approve my loan. You have a very valuable employee in Cherie. Her customer service skills are what people need today with everything that is going on.

I've been coming to this store for years, and I'm very impressed with the service. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because the new manager (not sure what her name is ) spends a little too much time talking, and it slows her down. Most people just want to come in, get some quick cash, and leave, especially at night after work. Try speeding up the process, and it will be much appreciated.
