Meghan Churchill1Customer service is terrible, employee, Carlos, was not willing to help in any way all because a check was already signed. Was not willing to make an exception by having us sign again in his presence even after explaining to him the situation and why the check was already signed. On hold with corporate right now to find someone willing to make an exception to their ridiculous rule. I work for a bank and I find it ridiculous that Carlos is not willing to make an exception or reach out to someone higher up to get approval for this transaction when we make larger exceptions than this everyday at a BANK.
