Paul has excellent customer service. He remained very professional with multiple customers and the phone ringing non-stop. If you plan on applying for a loan, be sure to bring all the documents needed so the process will be expedited. I brought all my documents and it only took 20 min from start to finish. Thanks Paul!

On the contrary to your experience, Lucy has been wonderful. I generally spend maybe 5 min. there and then i am gone. They have never harassed me. They leave a voicemail reminding of my up coming payment and that's it. I have only good things to say about my experience with this co.
