I met Tina Blackwelder (the manager) and after already being disgruntled from Lending Bear, we had great communication and chatted while doing paperwork and I left with my money and a smile. I appreciate the fact that she explained how to handle a situation such as the inability to make a payment on time and that I don't have to worry as long as I call ahead of time, arrangements can be made to keep everything in good standing.
