I went to Ace License and Title today and had a great experience. The associate was nice, and greeted us right away. She handled our needs efficiently and promptly. The transaction went smoothly and quickly. We were in and out in less than 20 minutes. Thanks Ace! You're aces!!!

Tammy was professional and efficient. She walked me through the process of changing over my out of state plates and did it in a timely manner. I appreciated the safety measures put into place during the Covid stay at home orders. I will definitely use this business again in the future.

I had a issue with a vehicle registration in the mail that I did not recognize as owning and decided to call Ace L & T for assistance. They answered the phone promptly and assisted me without hesitation. They were very kind and courteous. Of course there was no charge over this phone consultation but it was very valuable to me. I would certainly recommend and go out of my way to use this company in the future.

ACE is Not accurate on what is required for a Real ID. They required that I have a birth certificate in addition to the valid passport that I presented with the rest of my documentation. I went to another company -ABC Title and presented all my documentation and they correctly told me that I needed either a passport or a birth certificate - NOT BOTH/ They issued me the Real ID. There was no wait. They were courteous And I walked out in 30 minutes.

went to get my drivers lisence called saying i didnt have a tip qsking if that was a problem they said no so i wasted my time to get there for them to tell me they could not help me without a tip card and to go to a real DMV dont waste your time like i did
