Claudia at the Folsom location is my favorite check cashier she’s friendly and I always come back hoping to see her, she’s super helpful and provides superb assistance

Terrible customer service. Very rude, very passive aggressive service from the tellers. Also, online it says it’s open at 9am. But there’s never anyone in the store but the “open” sign comes on at 9am. They need new management completely honestly.

The people behind the glass are always so nice as well as being quick on their feet to get the job done. I'll keep coming back for sure. I've only got money orders and cashed paychecks but I'm sure they can hook you up with whatever just as quick. Life savers..

I don't know what's her name but that big lady (I think Monica) that works in the front didn't know what she was talking about. My sister was trying to cash a check and she told her that they don't do those types of checks. Which was a lie because we called corporate afterwards and they do. Also, that lady's personality is lacking customer service skills. It is obvious she's not a people person. So we took our services elsewhere and was able to do it. Thank you for wasting our time. And it's funny how you guys are deleting comments on here, I saw someone comment about her too and ya'll deleted it. Smh.

Unless you are wearing a N-95 mask, gloves and know how to protect yourself against COVID-19, do not use this location. The person behind the counter on May-16 had no mask, wore no gloves, was irritated that I asked him why not. He adamantly declared "I'm not infected" and told me to leave if I didn't like it. He looked at me blankly when I told him that it is common for COVID-19 carriers not to experience symptoms for up to 14 days and sometimes experience relatively mild symptoms so he most certainly can be a super spreader; The counter where customers place their hands was dirty, and the glass filled with smudges. Only one pen was available, which certainly being handled by every customer who signs documents.He is in an enclosed space, handles money, credit cards, forms that everyone is bringing into the store. It is certain that COVID-19 is certainly being spread by him, by store surfaces, and that ACE CASH EXPRESS has no safety protocols in place to protect customers. This store needs to be closed immediately.
