      If I could give a negative rating I would. I went in there to cash a check from an insurance company. They had cashed checks from them on my behalf before. The girl would not cash my check regardless of the information proving my identity, and the backup documentation I had showing her that she had indeed cashed checks from my insurance company for me before. I understand that everyone has a job to do, but that doesn't mean that she can be rude about it. The check was under $500 and from a company that I had cashed checks from at that specific location before. I deal with another location normally, but this one was close to where I live. I have NEVER been so insulted in my life. She spoke to me like I was trying to cash a fraudulent check. I offered to show her my insurance documentation, as well as paystubs (that are cashed at ACE in Plano) and even my business card, along with my government ID. She was RUDE AND IGNORANT to me, acting as if I was trying to cash a check that wasn't legitimate. After speaking to another manager from another ACE she said that there was really no reason for her to NOT CASH the check, based on my history with the company. I will be going to another ACE branch (the one I normally go to near my job) and will NEVER step foot in this ACE location again. I'm also filing a formal complaint with Corporate over the treatment I received. Doing your job is one thing - being rude and ignorant to a customer of over 3 1/2 years who cashes their checks there every 2 weeks. Simply unacceptable. Not once have I been treated like this since moving to Dallas.
