Angelica Soto1Horrible service, constantly given run around about information about my bill that was paid OVER three weeks ago. They are incompetent to even speak a coherent sentence. I paid a bill, they never paid it to the correct company and now they won’t even take my call. Horrible place to pay any type of bill. Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND EVER for ANYTHING. “I have other customers right now” we’ll my sons gonna go without light because you couldn’t train your workers to do their job the right Way! Literally telling me to call customer service after four days of being told I can get a refund... seriously unprofessional place. Don’t trust with your money. Be aware. If I could give 0 stars I would. Thanks for your time and I apologize to people not the company for my rant.
